At 3D Modular, a company belonging to Amixalan Business Group, with extensive experience in the prefabricated and industrialized modular construction sector, we are looking to hire a Technical Architect for Studies and Tenders in Pamplona.

Reporting to the Head of the Technical Office, the selected candidate will lead the technical and financial preparation of offers for industrialized modular construction projects in both public and private tender processes, ensuring feasibility, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze technical and administrative tender documents to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for modular construction projects.
• Prepare detailed budgets using Presto.
• Request and compare offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage the necessary documentation for submitting bids, including technical reports and annexes.
• Study and prepare offers for private development projects.
• Handle technical and commercial queries, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the technical office and production teams to ensure the feasibility of technical proposals and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform post-tender follow-up to evaluate results and improve future processes.
• Develop modular projects for workshop manufacturing.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within an architecture studio or office.
• Knowledge of tendering regulations and procedures in Spain and Europe.
• Experience in project analysis, preparation of technical reports, and offer development.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Presto.
• Broad knowledge of building regulations such as the CTE (Technical Building Code).
